Full service training courses from entry level to management curriculum. We offer a diverse portfolio of courses designed by world class hospitality veterans with your staff and guests in mind.
Great for furthering education, improving overall work ethic, and team building. Our officers are seasoned professionals who enjoy mentoring and coaching restaurant employees and management of all talent levels and backgrounds.
Currently servicing the Northeast corridor from Philadelphia to Boston.
How it works:
Initial flat fee deposit includes the training curriculum and one (1) hour and 30 minute course taught by our certified officers. A $10 per recruit enrollment fee will be assessed and due one day prior to the class. Final headcount is due one week prior and will be the committed minimum for that scheduled course. Minimum 5 recruits per class required to schedule. Can accommodate large staffs of 50+.
First time participants will receive a welcome package of Restaurant Recon swag. All attendees will receive a certificate upon successful completion of each course. Once they attend every course in each ranking they will receive a special Restaurant Recon award!
A transcript of every recruits' progress is kept on file. This means that their progress is transferable no matter where they work. As long as the restaurant uses Restaurant Recon curriculum, they will be able to continue their education!
